Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or water exposure.
Used or opened products (unless they are defective).
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Change of mind after the order has been delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your refund is approved:

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item (subject to stock availability). If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a full refund.

Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the issue.
Wait for return approval before sending the product back.
